- Job Description:
- Visit local offices, businesses, and organizations to pitch RITS services (web design, SEO, digital marketing, etc.).
- Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to secure projects.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and coordinate with the internal team for project execution.
- Maintain a daily log of visits and outcomes to track progress.
- Achieve monthly project acquisition targets (incentives apply).
- Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a confident approach to face-to-face sales.
- Basic understanding of IT services or willingness to learn about web design, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Local knowledge of Amravati, Akola, Yavatmal, Wardha, or Nagpur to navigate and network effectively.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently (ideal for freelance/part-time).
- Own transportation (bike/scooter) preferred but not mandatory; travel allowance can be discussed.
