- Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, marketers, and support staff across multiple districts.
- Coordinate project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of web design, SEO, and other services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular check-ins (remote or in-person).
- Collaborate with the Field Marketing Executive to acquire new projects and support business growth.
- Achieve monthly team performance targets (incentives apply).
- Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in team management or project coordination, preferably in IT or services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services (web development, SEO, etc.) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to travel occasionally to Akola, Yavatmal, Wardha, and Nagpur (travel allowance negotiable).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently (ideal for part-time/freelance).
